Yes, bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
Yes, every home is equipped with one.
Each house has a filter coffee maker.
Yes, you'll find oil, vinegar, salt and pepper on arrival. Just remember to add what you need.
- Access & Parking
Yes, each house has a free parking space.
Not on the estate, but street parking is generally easy.
Off-season, yes. In summer, this is possible at extra cost.
- Outdoor & Nature
Each house has a garden enclosed by hedges and sometimes walls. A small passageway remains open for maintenance.
In gardens or under courtyards for houses equipped with them.
Yes, on a leash in the driveways. For safety reasons, they must not be left alone in the house.
- Bikes & Mobility
No, but a partner rental company ( Cycles Charier ) can deliver your bikes directly to you. Call them on our behalf. Don't forget to book in advance in high season.
The Sableaux beach is a 7-minute bike ride away, along a pretty path running alongside the salt marshes.
The heart of Noirmoutier is just a 5-minute walk away via Banzeau, the charming historic district.
- Barbecue & Kitchen
No, due to the proximity of the nature reserve. However, planchas are available for hire.
- Swimming pool
Yes, it's heated from April to the end of September, and accessible (unheated) during the All Saints' vacation.
From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
- Children & Activities
We've designed a space that's perfect for discovering nature: wooden games, vegetable garden, small tree house, badminton net, ping-pong table... An Escape Game is available on request. And long live bike races between children in our traffic-protected alleys !
